What products are available?
Siam Saison provides 4 types of products.
Who can apply for the credit?
Clients’ qualification criteria would be as follows;
- Juristic person (Legal entity registered in Thailand)
- Have been running business more than 1 year
- Other conditions as specified by Siam Saison
What are the required documents for application?
It will depend on the product. However, as the basic information for the clients, Siam Saison requires the following documents;
- Copy of company affidavit certificate and copy of the corporate objectives (within 6 months)
- Copy of National ID of managing director, juristic person’s authorized signatory
- Copy of National ID (System user)
- The Certificate of Value Added Tax registration (Por.Por.20)
- Map of business location
- Business site (Shop, Office) photo with Shop name

What are the criterias for the credit approval?
The credit amount will be granted by the business performance and financial record of the clients.
How is the repayment conditions going to be?
The repayment conditions and each process will depend on the products and clients’ selection.
How and where can I use the Buy Now Pay Later credit?
You can use the credit for the purchase payment via LINE OA.
Please refer to the List of Partner stores where you can use the credit.
Existing Users
How can we increase credit limit?
Clients are able to apply for credit increase following your needs.
Siam Saison may request for additional documents which reflect the recent financial status of the clients.
What should we do if we have changes in the basic company's information?
Please contact via Siam Saison’s LINE OA.
We will request for the documents listed below accordingly.
1. Change in company address;
- Amendment form
- Copy of the company affidavit certificate (within 6 months)
- Copy of National ID of managing director, juristic person’s authorized signatory
- The Certificate of Value Added Tax registration (Por.Por.20)
2. Change or addition in contact information;
- Amendment form
- Copy of the National ID of the contact person
We are not able to make the repayment, what should we do?
Please contact via Siam Saison’s LINE OA.
We will resend you the QR code for the repayment, so please login to the system and try again.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We are not able to receive the OTP for credit confirmation, what should we do?
Clients are able to change the confirmation method to LINE or password.
